Meet Vicki, a dance therapist from Lincoln! In April, she was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. She is receiving radiation therapy everyday for six weeks. Once a week, she undergoes a combination of low-dose chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Her incredible positivity, therapeutic techniques, and nutritional savviness have assisted her in her battle against cancer. On August 3rd, she will complete her treatment regimen! Vicki is a fantastic poet and descriptive writer, and we look forward to sharing some of her experiences with all of you in the future.
