This month, we’ve had the pleasure of working with Terri, our most recent STAC donation recipient. Terri was diagnosed with inflammatory breast cancer on April 28th and has since undergone several chemotherapy treatments before her planned surgery this fall. Terri’s daughter has been by her side through everything, providing emotional support and camaraderie in her fight.
Terri’s doctors say she’s made good progress during her chemotherapy treatments, and we are all excited to watch her continue to improve over the next few months.
Terri’s story is a great reminder to us that life can change in the blink of an eye, but family and friends can help us overcome any and all adversities. STAC is here to help fill the gaps for local cancer patients: emotionally, financially, or in any other way we can.
