This is Verlene she’s fighting breast cancer. We were able to sit down and have a longer talk with her than other meetings. She’s out of work at the moment which is bringing her down, but now she is just focused on recovery and she’s maintaining a really positive attitude! It was really awesome being able to get to know her.
